Puck Protection and Cycle

Here is the breakdown

A. Puck Protection- All over the ice by the LA players this shift.  All forwards do a great job of protecting the puck  using the boards and keeping there body in between the defensive players and the puck. 

B. Cycle- In the offensive zone the LA forwards are always moving to help the other players. There is always help below the puck where players can cycle the puck back to the corner.

C. Good Shot From Point- Mitchell fires a quick shot that is low and hard.  The result is the first goal in the game, which as playoffs get closer, teams will be trying to get every single game they play.
