Give and Go

The Flames execute the give and go in a game vs Anaheim

Here is the breakdown

A. Support- Notice how there is always support below the puck.  When the puck enters the zone the Flames do a great job of playing off the puck to help other players.

B. Cycle and Move- As the puck cycles up, the Stajan comes underneath the puck, when Kostopoulos cycles down with the puck he moves off the wall to the net.

C. Jump to Net- Coming off the wall to the net, Kostopoulos does a great job to lose his defender and get on the offensive side of him, this allows him a clear lane to the net.  he receives a great pass and scores a great goal starting the Flames come back.
