Fistric with a great hit in Neutral Zone

Here is the breakdown

A. Gap Control- Notice how when Sexton gets his pass, there is very little space for him to work.  Fistric has done a great job to control his gap and limited to space.

B. Stick Position- A good stick will create your checking angles.  Fistric puts his stick in a spot forcing Sexton to go down the wall.  He already has his body in a position so that as he goes that way, he closes off space.

C. Good Clean Hit- Notice the position of his body, knees are bent to use for power, hand are down and the hit is delivered with his shoulder.  A great Neutral Zone hit which creates a turnover.

One thing to note in this case, Good backside pressure will allow the D-Man to stay up in the Neutral Zone, notice how many Dallas Players are in the frame when the puck comes thru the Neutral Zone.
