Ryder Shoots in Stride for a Goal

Ryder scores in a game vs Montreal April 21st

Here is the breakdown

A. Receive Pass in Stride- Ryder is ahead of the play and is sprung on a partial break. He receives the pass in stride and controls the puck to cut into the net.

B. Shot Angle- As he enters the zone he gets ready to fire the puck.  The closer he gets to Price, the less angle he has to score.  He lets the puck go from a spot where he can see some opening in the top corner.

C. Shoot in Stride- This is a great example of the shooter not slowing down to shoot the puck.  He keeps the puck in a shooting position and fires the puck to the spot he is aiming.  The release is very quick and the puck is put to a great spot.  The result is a game tying goal from Boston.
